These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CT99 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using CT99, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
Welcome to CT99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). CT99 is an online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at ct99.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between CT99 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account or accesses services on the Platform.
CT99 operates under an international gaming licence. It is not licensed, approved, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority in Pakistan. To register and maintain an account on CT99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
CT99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. CT99 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. CT99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
CT99 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some circumstances proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. We reserve the right to request re-verification at any time.
Access to the CT99 Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for lawful entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
The Platform may be used to place wagers on sports events — including Pakistan cricket, PSL and T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other combat sports — and to participate in live dealer games, slots and other casino products offered by CT99 from time to time.
CT99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. CT99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.
Account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is referenced in promotional materials or on-platform displays, amounts are illustrative. Actual transaction currency depends on the payment method and account settings selected. CT99 is not responsible for any foreign exchange costs incurred by the User.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. CT99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. CT99 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. CT99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable KYC status. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside CT99's control.
An account that has had no login or financial activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. CT99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as notified to the User. Users may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.
CT99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms, which are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games and time limits are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.
CT99 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and suspend or close any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee winnings regardless of outcome, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, once wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any applicable withdrawal limits stated in the promotion terms.
All bets placed on CT99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or market concerned. General betting rules are set out below; sport-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform.
A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued. CT99 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet was placed after an event has commenced, where there was a manifest error in the displayed odds, or where the Platform was experiencing technical issues at the time of placement.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: cancellation of the event; insufficient market liquidity; a demonstrable technical or pricing error; or where CT99 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or corrupt influence on the event.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules published on the Platform. Markets may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice. CT99 is not liable for any failure to place an in-play bet due to market suspension or connectivity issues.
CT99 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market category. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or cashier section. No bet confirmation creates an obligation to pay above the stated maximum winnings limit.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the CT99 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the CT99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of CT99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and view Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of CT99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT99, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, CT99's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting CT99 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding security checks.
CT99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; or where continued operation of the account would expose CT99 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
Upon account closure, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 14 — will continue in full force and effect after account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CT99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
CT99 does not represent that these Terms or the Platform comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you may be located. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
CT99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, CT99 will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
